Weekly Review and Preview

Y1 Weekly Update: Monday 30th January - Friday 3rd February

	This Week	Next Week
English	We have been making up fantasy places and beginning to think about fun characters.	We will make a character to use in our writing of fantasy stories.
Maths	We have consolidated our understanding of adding and subtracting using number lines.	We will be checking we know the days of the week in order and measuring and recording time.
Topic	We used ICT to design cars and showed Reception children how we build cars out of plastic.	We will be using different materials to create characters.
PSHE	We have thought hard about how to treat others.	We will draw pictures of ‘good learners’.
