We will look at the number bonds to ten again and addition to 20.

Y1C have made up great stories, using their imaginations, and have had fun playing with different toys to act these out.
We will be sorting out imagined things from real things.

We will talk about confidence.
Optional Homework
Use your imagination to create a story about a fish.
Notices and Events
  • When looking at capacity, we will need lots of plastic jars and bottles of different sizes.  If you have any at home, please send them in so we can use them.  Extra dojos are available!
  • Please be aware that, as per the school policy, if a child cannot swim, they will need a doctor’s note. No swim = no play: If a child cannot swim, they will not be able to play.
  • Homework will be given out on Monday and is due in on Friday. This week, I gave children lots of Abacus games. Children only need to play one of the games for 20 minutes.
  • Mr Renie’s weekly newsletter is posted on  http://ascoteypynews.blogspot.com/ .
  • You are still welcome to come and chat to me about your child on Mondays between 3.10pm and 4.00pm.
