Weekly Review and Preview

Y1 Weekly Update: Monday 12th June - Friday 16th June

 

	This Week	Next week
English	We have reflected on the year.	We will be making booklets about ourselves for our next teachers.
Maths	We have worked on division.	We will be investigating mathematically.
Topic	We thought about what responsibilities are involved in different jobs.	We will be finishing off our final Inquiry unit, making cards to say thank you.
PSHE	We have reflected on our strengths and weaknesses.	We will make targets for year two.
Optional Homework	Take part in Ascot’s Art Competition and make a super poster!  Make sure you bring it in!
Notices and Events	The last day of term is Thursday 22nd June. Don’t forget to sign up for ECAs in term one. Please ensure your child has returned all of their library books. Each child is to bring in a bag on Wednesday to take home their work. There will be no Spellings/Homework next week! Mr Renie’s weekly newsletter is posted on  http://ascoteypynews.blogspot.com/ . You are still welcome to come and chat to me about your child on Mondays between 3.10pm and 4.00pm.
